Emma has 25 years experience in Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance with 10 years experience in Lean Manufacturing and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Emma has worked in a variety of sectors from Food Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Ministry of Defence, Local Government and Construction.

Emma has implemented Behavioural Based  (Workforce Engagement) Safety systems in a number of FMCG organisations.  Her expertise in Risk Assessment, Environment and Compliance Auditing has enabled a number of organisations to reduce their risks, accidents and environmental incidents along with gaining their ISO accreditation. 

In her personal life Emma is a motorcycle enthusiast, from dirt biking in her younger years to her beloved Indian Scout named "Johnny".

Sara has 27 years experience in Quality Management, Supplier Development, Lean Manufacturing and Food Safe Supply Chains.

Sara has worked in a variety of sectors from Automotive, SaaS (Software as a Service), Aluminium, Commercial Building and Construction Products and Food Packaging.

Originally from the USA, in her personal life Sara loves hiking and travel especially returning to the USA for summertime in Northern Michigan. Her favourite hike to date in the UK is Kinder Scout.
